AHF is a Massachusetts 501(c)3 not-for-profit corporation. It is administered by a ten member Board of Directors, which is made up of development, legal, preservation and architecture professionals. Between regular meetings of the Board, the company’s activities are monitored by a three member Executive Committee. |
